Production steps:
Step 1: melt the butter into liquid and set aside
Step 2: break the biscuits with a cooking machine (you can also roll them with flour roll)
Step 3: apply a thin layer of butter to the cake mold, and glue oil paper around it for use
Step 4: mix the broken biscuits with two spoonfuls of sugar
Step 5: pour in the cooled butter and mix well (so that the bottom of the cake is finished)
Step 6: pour into the mold and compact (the spoon works well) and refrigerate for half an hour
Step 7: soak the gelatine tablets in cold water for 15 minutes
Step 8: soak the gelatine slices, drain the water, heat in a little milk until completely melted, and let cool for use.
Step 9: Cream home a little sugar 8 minutes to pass (if you are also very hot, the best ice water or ice to pass, easier.)
Step 10: slowly pour the yogurt into the whipped cream along the side, and mix well by fishing from the bottom.
Step 11: add the cooled milk and stir well with the same method
Step 12: take out the refrigerated cake and put the cut kiwi slices around the bottom (it's also good to put strawberries, but I can't find strawberries here, ha ha!)
Step 13: pour the prepared yogurt into the mold slowly. Smooth the surface slightly and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
Step 14: tear off the oil paper from the refrigerated cake and put your favorite fruit on it. The sour yogurt cake is ready.
