Tea in the afternoon - red bean scone (Shen Zhaojun's recipe)
Introduction:
"It's always a long time in the afternoon. It's really sad if you don't make some delicious food. Today I bring you this afternoon tea. It's based on Mr. Jun's Cranberry scone, which evolved into red bean scone. It was originally triangular in shape, but in order to make children like it better, I chose to print it with a lovely biscuit mold. So it looks like a biscuit, but in fact it belongs to bread oh Just looking at the surface may not be able to attract your attention, only to personally try to know its delicious, very suitable for afternoon tea
Production steps:
Step 1: sift the low gluten flour, baking powder and salt
Step 2: mix the sugar, softened butter and sifted flour. Rub the butter and flour until they are well blended
Step 3: knead the flour into granules
Step 4: add the whole egg liquid and milk into the flour and knead it into a dough
Step 5: pour in the red beans and knead them gently
Step 6: knead the dough surface bright, not sticky hands. Don't over knead the dough to avoid too much gluten and affect the taste of the finished product
Step 7: roll the dough into 2cm thick dough with a rolling pin
Step 8: press out the mold on the dough, then put it on the baking tray with oil paper, and brush a layer of egg yolk on the surface
Step 9: put into a preheated 180 degree oven and bake for about 15 minutes until the surface is golden
Step 10: just wait for it to come out
Step 11: use biscuit mold to make it more convenient to eat
