Stewed hazelnut mushroom with chicken
Introduction:

It is worthy of the name of "mountain treasure" and known as "the fourth treasure in Northeast China". Hazelnut mushroom is tender and refreshing, delicious and nutritious. Hazelnut mushroom is delicious. Stewed chicken with hazelnut mushroom is an indispensable traditional dish for northeast people to entertain distinguished guests. Hazelnut mushroom contains a variety of amino acids and vitamins necessary for human body. Production steps:
Step 1: chop the rooster.
Step 2: soak the hazelnut mushroom in soft water and wash it.
Step 3: slice onion and ginger.
Step 4: heat the oil and add the chicken.
Step 5: stir fry the chicken oil.
Step 6: add star anise, cinnamon and pepper to stir fry until fragrant.
Step 7: add onion and ginger and stir fry until fragrant.
Step 8: add soy sauce, meijixian and stir fry to get the flavor.
Step 9: add water, salt, five spice powder and sugar, stir well and bring to a boil.
Step 10: cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
Step 11: add hazelnut mushrooms and stir well.
Step 12: cover and simmer for another 30 minutes. Turn off the heat and serve.

Star anise: 3 capsules

Soy sauce: 10ml
Meijixian: 10ml
Water: moderate
Peanut oil: 30ml
Note: dry hazelnut mushroom is very dirty, must be cleaned. Don't blanch chicken and fry it directly. No MSG.
