Seafood: steamed yellow croaker
Introduction:
"The flesh of yellow croaker is fresh and tender, rich in nutrition, and it generally feeds on fish and shrimp, which is my favorite seafood. The fat content of yellow croaker is very low, so you don't have to worry too much about obesity. The elderly can relieve cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases by eating some yellow croaker properly; the children can become more intelligent by eating some yellow croaker properly. There are many ways to eat yellow croaker. I generally prefer steaming. Steamed yellow croaker can better retain the nutrition of fish, and the steamed fish is very delicious, and the method is very simple. "
Production steps:
Step 1: wash a yellow croaker.
Step 2: remove scales and viscera.
Step 3: cut the fish twice.
Step 4: spread the salt on the fish and mash the garlic on the fish. Marinate for about 30 minutes. Wipe both sides evenly, especially the cut part and the belly of the fish.
Step 5: cut the scallion and ginger into strips, put them on the fish, and pour in a proper amount of cooking wine.
Step 6: add appropriate amount of water to the pot, bring to a boil, put in the salted yellow croaker and start steaming. Do not release the yellow croaker until the water is boiling.
Step 7: steam over high heat for 8 minutes. Turn off the heat and open the lid after 5 minutes. The time of steaming depends on the size of the fish you buy. Generally, about 1 jin of fish can be steamed for 8 ~ 10 minutes.
Step 8: pour out the juice of the steamed fish, pick out the scallion and ginger, throw them away, and then cut a proper amount of shredded scallion and ginger onto the fish. Cut the red pepper and coriander into sections and put them on the fish.
Step 9: pour proper amount of oil and steamed fish soy sauce (or very delicious) into the non stick pan and heat it (be careful that the oil splashes on your hands!) When steaming fish, you can also pour the steamed fish soy sauce into a bowl and steam it together. Pour it on the fish after it comes out of the pot, so that it won't spill on your hands.
