Baijiu
Introduction:
"Baijiu is rich in flavor, can smell, taste, and incense, so it is commonly used to cook fish and shrimp and other seafood. Baijiu flavor is rich, so cooked dishes also become flavour."
Production steps:
Step 1: remove the sand line and spear from the shrimp. Cut it short and leave some to look good. Wash.
Step 2: pour oil in a hot pot, add shredded ginger and minced garlic and saute until fragrant.
Step 3: stir fry shrimp until colored, add soy sauce, salt and pepper and sugar to taste.
The fourth step: pour the Baijiu into the wine and stir it for a while, then sprinkle with a little chopped green onion.
