Steamed Rolls
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: dissolve yeast in warm water and let stand for 5 minutes.
Step 2: add milk powder and sugar in the flour bowl, mix well, and add yeast water in several times.
Step 3: knead the dough into soft and hard medium dough, wrap it with plastic film for fermentation.
Step 4: ferment to 1.5 to 2 times of the original size, showing honeycomb shape; gently squeeze the dough by hand to remove bubbles.
Step 5: take out the dough and knead it well. Divide it into two parts.
Step 6: coat the small portion of dough with oil and knead well.
Step 7: roll out the long thin slice and cut it into silk.
Step 8: slightly stretch and wind the noodles into grain, and cut them into 5-6cm segments.
Step 9: knead a large portion of dough into strips, cut it into even pieces, sprinkle a little flour, and roll it into a round dough with thick middle and thin edge.
Step 10: place the grain on the top of the dough, fold the edge of the skin over the top of the dough, and wrap it tightly at both ends to form an oblong shape.
Step 11: put the green agent mouth down into the steamer, keep a certain distance, cover and ferment for about 10 minutes.
Step 12: Boil the water in the steamer over high heat, turn to medium heat and steam for 15 minutes. Turn off the heat and remove the lid after 3 minutes.

Medium gluten flour: 300g

Sugar: 5g
Milk powder: 10g
Note: 1. Steam the steamed bread and steamed buns with high heat. Remember not to remove the cover in the middle of the steaming. 2. The steamed silver roll can be rubbed lightly to make the fillings soft.
