Production steps:
Step 1: Flour + fresh milk + sugar + yeast powder + water, synthesize dough, cover it with plastic film and let it stand. 5-2 times of the size. Add food pigment to color.
Step 2: after the dough wakes up, divide it into flour, roll it into dough (dumpling skin), fold five pieces, and roll them up from the bottom. Press the line in the middle of the roll with chopsticks and rotate the roll at the same time to make the roll break from the middle. (picture Reissue)
Step 3: put the green body into the steamer, cover and ferment for 10-20 minutes, bring to a boil over high fire, turn to medium fire for 15 minutes, turn off the fire, remove the cover and remove the pot for 3 minutes

Dry yeast: 3 G
Sugar: 5g (can be added according to personal taste)
Milk powder: 10g (without milk powder, I add fresh milk)
