Production steps:
Step 1: wash the chicken wings and insert some small holes on the surface with toothpick to taste.
Step 2: cut the onion, ginger and garlic, and set aside the proper amount of Sufu and Sufu milk.
Step 3: open Sufu and Sufu juice with proper amount of cooking wine, put in chicken wings, and massage with hands repeatedly. The massaged chicken tastes fast
Step 4: put the chicken wings and rotten milk into the fresh-keeping bag and refrigerate for 12-24 hours.
Step 5: take out the delicious chicken wings, set aside the rotten milk, add a little base oil into the pot, heat the oil and stir fry the chicken wings until the skin is oily.
Step 6: add proper amount of water into Sufu juice to bring to a boil, pour it into the pot without chicken wings, bring to a boil over high heat, cover and turn to low heat to simmer for 10-15 minutes.
Step 7: collect the juice in a big fire.
