Step 1: Materials
Step 2: after removing the clothes, press the mud with the garlic press and put it in a big bowl
Step 3: wash the cowpea and cut it into sections. Boil water in a pan, add a little oil and salt, put cowpea in the water, blanch until it is only ripe, take out and drain the water
Step 4: put the blanched cowpeas in a large bowl, add a little salt and mix well
Step 5: in another bowl, dig a spoonful of sesame paste, add sesame oil, salt and a little white vinegar, then add in the cold water one by one, and slowly melt.
Step 6: arrange cowpeas on the plate
Step 7: drizzle with sesame paste, don't waste the garlic in the big bowl, and decorate it with cowpeas.
