Crisp Sufu meat cake
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: prepare minced pork, crisp sufu, onion and ginger.
Step 2: add boiling water to flour and mix well.
Step 3: let it cool, knead well to form a smooth dough, cover it and let it stand at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
Step 4: add cooking wine, ginger, scallion, Pixian Douban, pepper powder, black pepper powder, soy sauce and 15 spices to the minced meat. (Pixian Douban should be finely chopped)
Step 5: mix well for use.
Step 6: take an appropriate amount of flour, add hot corn oil, mix well to make pastry.
Step 7: take a proper amount of Xiangsu Sufu for use.
Step 8: take out the battered dough, knead it well again, and then gently knead it into long strips.
Step 9: cut into pieces of the right size. (size as you like)
Step 10: take a piece, flatten it, roll it into a tongue shape, and then evenly spread the pastry.
Step 11: roll up from top to bottom to form a cylinder.
Step 12: flatten and roll the long strip, and then apply the bean curd. (the more you roll, the more you get)
Step 13: continue to spread the meat evenly.
Step 14: then roll from top to bottom and stretch as much as possible.
Step 15: roll the plastic film on the back cover, relax for about 10 minutes, and continue to finish all the cakes.
Step 16: put the loose cake upright and press it flat with the palm.
Step 17: roll it into a round cake. (when rolling, rolling should be done alternately on both sides)
Step 18: in a frying pan, add some corn oil, and then put in the cake. Fry over low heat until both sides are golden.

Note: Xiangsu Sufu is one of the various flavors of "Haihui Temple" tofu. I think it's very fragrant to make cakes with it. In addition, the dough should not be too soft. If the dough is too soft, the layers will not be clear and easy to stick together.
