Production steps:

Step 2: wash yam and sweet potato and steam them in pressure cooker for 10 minutes

Step 10: put the yam mud on the fresh-keeping film, cover it with the fresh-keeping film which is also smeared with oil, and roll it slowly with a rolling pin;
Step 11: gently uncover the preservative film, and then evenly spread a layer of sweet potato paste;
Step 12: roll up the yam covered with mashed potatoes carefully and slowly, and press it gently after rolling;
Step 13: prepare a fruit knife, dip it in cold water, and cut the yam in the rolled mashed potato;
Step 14: roll the yam in soybean flour

Precautions: 1. Take advantage of the hot potato paste yam roll, it will harden after a long time. The yam that is pressed into mud is not as delicate as the yam mud that has been used in a basket. If you have time and patience, it is recommended to use a basket (see the practice of Zaoni yam cake for details). 2. The amount of sugar and salad oil should be controlled by yourself. In modern diet, you should eat less sugar and oil, and put oil mainly for fear of sticking, but not too much. 3. The starch granules in sweet potato are not destroyed by high temperature and are difficult to digest. Therefore, they must be cooked thoroughly before eating. It is better not to eat on an empty stomach to prevent abdominal distension. According to traditional Chinese medicine, those with dampness obstructing spleen and stomach, qi stagnation and food accumulation should be careful to eat sweet potato.
