Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: soak glutinous rice more than 1 hour in advance.
Step 2: Reserve red bean paste. It's ready-made and bought in the supermarket.
Step 3: steam the soaked glutinous rice in the pot. If you want to eat something soft and rotten, you can make more water than rice, otherwise it will be flat or slightly low.
Step 4: the glutinous rice is cooked in half an hour. Stir with chopsticks for a while to make the glutinous rice more sticky and agglomerate.
Step 5: rinse a layer of cooked oil or sesame oil inside the box to demould the cake.
Step 6: put in the first layer of glutinous rice, rinse some oil on the back of the spoon, and smooth the glutinous rice.
Step 7: add the red bean paste. The red bean paste can be pressed into flakes with plastic film and then transferred to the glutinous rice.
