Production steps:
Step 1: prepare the required materials, wash and drain the fresh plums
Step 2: remove the core of the washed plum and cut it into small cubes

Step 4: put the pickled plum pulp into the bread machine barrel, select the jam function, the time display is 1:05 hours, and then press the start button, the bread machine starts to stir
Step 5: when the time is up, there will be a prompt sound. Open the jam
Step 6: put it into a glass bottle while it's hot, put it upside down and cool it, then refrigerate it (the glass bottle should be boiled with boiling water in advance for disinfection, and then cool and dry it)
Step 7: it's really good to use it on toast

Note: 1, plums must choose mature sweet, sour, not suitable for jam. 2. Cooked jam will become thicker after cooling and refrigeration, so starch is not necessary.
