Production steps:
Step 1: mix egg yolk + vegetable oil + yogurt evenly
Step 2: sift in the low flour and turn it into a uniform egg yolk batter. Refrigerate for later use
Step 3: beat the protein until it foams
Step 4: scoop 1 / 3 of the protein into the egg yolk paste and mix well
Step 5: pour the egg yolk paste back into the remaining protein and mix well
Step 6: pour the cake paste into an 8-inch round mold, shake it gently for a few times, and put blueberries on the surface evenly
Step 7: put the mold in the baking tray filled with cold water, put it into the oven preheated at 155 degrees, heat up and down the lower layer for 70 minutes, and simmer in the oven for 20 minutes after baking
