Papaya and tremella soup
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: soak Tremella in advance to remove impurities, put it into rice cooker, add red dates and appropriate amount of mineral water. (you can add more water properly, because it needs to boil for 1 hour.)
Step 2: cut papaya to seed, peel and cut into pieces for standby.
Step 3: cook tremella and jujube for 40 minutes, then add papaya and cook for 20 minutes.

Honey: right amount
Note: finally add honey because the nutrients of honey will be lost after high temperature, but if you use rock sugar, you can add it together with papaya.
