Color cold noodles
Introduction:
"The summer solstice has the custom of eating noodles, just in time for the weekend, in order to make cold noodles, specially made amaranth hand rolling noodles, powder noodles, with green cucumber silk, orange carrots, so that this summer more beautiful color, delicious, good nutrition!"
Production steps:
Step 1: put water in the pot and bring to a boil
Step 2: add amaranth and roll noodles
Step 3: put in amaranth hand roll noodles (see my recipe amaranth hand roll noodles for details)
Step 4: shred carrot and blanch it
Step 5: cut the cucumber
Step 6: after the amaranth noodles are cooked, use cool water for standby
Step 7: press garlic into minced garlic
Step 8: prepare spicy oil (see my recipe for the specific method, three fried spicy oil), sesame paste with sesame oil, add garlic and soy sauce
Step 9: amaranth noodles, cucumber shreds, carrot shreds, put the seasoning, mix well, it's really fragrant!

Sesame paste: right amount
Sesame oil: appropriate amount
Minced garlic: right amount
Spicy oil: right amount
Note: put some coriander is also good
