Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: clean three pig trotters and wash them with clean water;
Step 2: put each pig's hoof on the chopping board vertically, cut the pig's hand between the toes, divide it into two parts, and wash it with clean water again;
Step 3: put the pig's hands into the pot, add water to the pot, add cooking wine, boil for another 2 minutes, then remove the foam
Step 4: put the washed pig's hands into a pressure cooker, add ginger and green onion, star anise, Chinese prickly ash, fragrant leaves and cinnamon, and then put in clean water. The pig's hands can be boiled for 30 minutes;
Step 5: after the pressure cooker is cooked, let it automatically relieve pressure, open it, when it is not hot, take out the pig's hand, remove all the bones, and then cut the removed skin and meat into small pieces;
