Mapo Tofu
Introduction:
"As a Chengdu person, this dish is a metropolis, and it's very suitable for eating from snacks to Tai Tai's home-made dishes. I don't know how many versions of it are suitable for me, but I still make Dixi by myself!"
Production steps:
Step 1: cut tofu into pieces and put it into cold water. The ingredients are as shown in the figure
Step 2: put proper water and salt into the pot
Step 3: add tofu and boil
Step 4: drain the tofu
Step 5: add oil into the hot pot, and add minced meat when the oil is mature
Step 6: add ginger, garlic and watercress
Step 7: add tofu
Step 8: add tofu, salt and water bean powder
Step 9: thicken, put in a pan and sprinkle with pepper noodles
Materials required:
Tofu: one piece
Minced pork: right amount
Douban: moderate
Ginger: right amount
Garlic: right amount
Vegetable oil: right amount
Chinese prickly ash noodles: right amount
Salt: right amount
Water soybean powder: right amount
Note: tofu has been boiled with water first, and it doesn't need to take time to boil in the second pot, otherwise tofu will age. I didn't add scallion and Douchi. If I like Douchi, I can add it before adding Douban. If I like scallion, I can sprinkle it on the noodles
