Puguaguaniang: it's a big dish, but it's very simple~
Introduction:
"It's a big dish, but it's super simple. It's not impolite to entertain friends at ordinary times ~ ~"
Production steps:
Step 1: peel and slice the ladybugu, and cut it into two pieces
Step 2: cut it as shown in the picture above, and make a seam on one side.
Step 3: add minced ginger, yishutang sesame oil and salt into the pork stuffing. Stir well.
Step 4: start and pack the meat
Step 5: place in a circle and steam over medium high heat for 15-20 minutes
Step 6: it's boiling.
Materials required:
Pugua: one
Minced meat: 500g
Jiang: one piece
Salt: 3 teaspoons
Yishutang sesame oil: 4 tbsp
Note: 1. Meat can be diverse, generally I like mushroom pork, because there is no mushroom at home, ginger instead. 2. Remember to put oil in the meat stuffing, otherwise it can't remove the fishy smell. Putting yishutang sesame oil is very special, I like it. 3. You don't need to cut the melon slices too thick. If the knife work is good, you can cut them thin. 4. It is recommended to steam the melon slices with stainless steel plates. The heat conduction is faster and the vegetables are easy to steam.
