Homemade red bean paste
Introduction:
"The first time I made red bean paste, I've been shouting slogans for more than a few months about making red bean paste myself. This time I finally put it into action, and it was finished in two days. Why? Because it took several hours to soak beans in the afternoon, and it was already evening when it was done. As soon as the sugar was stirred and put into the pot, something had to go out, so they covered it with plastic wrap and put the pot into the refrigerator. The next morning, they finished the cooking work. The first time I boiled red bean paste, I thought it was very easy to boil jam. Who knows it splashed everywhere on the stove. When I stirred it with a spoon, it splashed on my arm, which made me feel painful. What I did on my clothes was also a little bit. In the end, I had no choice but to cover the lid and boil it. I need to stir it before I open the lid and stir it. Finally, the lid was in a mess. It was all bean paste. The final product is not bad, and the taste is very good. This is the real red bean paste. Only today did I know that those bought bean paste are too old. When taking photos, I don't know how to reshape, so I used a fork to pull a few times. After taking a few photos, I felt very monotonous and awkward, like a volcanic eruption, so I picked a small flower and put it on it to decorate it. It's not very ugly. "
