Because the amount of rock sugar is very large, the old rock sugar bought can be crushed and ground into ice sugar powder by the seller, which saves a lot of effort. Otherwise, so much rock sugar will damage the cooking machine. "
Production steps:
Step 1: bought a big box of roses, 12 Jin petals, petals are very light, so it's a big box. I bought Damascus edible rose, which is most suitable for sauce.
Step 2: pick up the roses and dry them after cleaning. The project is huge. It's still a few hours to start the whole family. The petals as like as two peas of Damascus are the same as those of my species, but they are pale pink, and the color I planted is darker and prettier. Step 3: use an oil-free and waterless basin. Although the basin is not small, you can make about 300g petals at a time. The ratio of petals and rock sugar is 1:1.2. Add 1 g salt to 200 g petals.
Step 4: knead the sugar powder and petals with both hands
Step 5: until the sugar powder basically melts, the petals completely wilt and shrink.
Step 6: put the kneaded petals into the container with boiled water and no oil and water. I usually choose brown glass bottles, but this time because there are too many bottles, there are not so many bottles, so I use two big sealed boxes with music buttons. Step 7: after drying, spread a layer of powdered sugar on the top, and then pour in honey to seal. The same is true for large boxes. But the last rock sugar is not enough, individual with sugar and honey to cover
Step 8: seal the honey on the back cover and keep it away from light. At least 2-3 months, let it ferment slowly, the rose fragrance will be more mellow and sweet. Then you can take it out and enjoy it
