Tomato and egg noodles
Introduction:
"Summer is coming. It's refreshing to have a bowl of tomato and egg noodles for breakfast."
Production steps:
Step 1: raw materials as shown in the figure;
Step 2: add water to boil in a wok, add noodles and cook;
Step 3: take out the water and put it in a bowl for later use;
Step 4: add oil and heat in the pot, fry the scrambled eggs, saute the garlic slices, and pour in the chopped tomatoes;
Step 5: stir fry with salt until cooked (the process is the same as scrambled eggs with tomatoes);
Step 6: pour the juice on the prepared noodles.

Note: 1, this noodles marinade method and tomato scrambled eggs method is the same, the only difference is to put more salt.
