Production steps:
Step 1: prepare all the materials, my brown sugar is massive, has been turned into brown sugar water in advance
Step 2: mix milk powder, baking powder and flour together. Baking powder should not be in direct contact with water, otherwise it will volatilize. There is no milk at home, instead of milk powder.
Step 3: break up the eggs,
Step 4: add 3 tbsp sugar and beat until sugar melts
Step 5: pour in the mixed powder, then pour in the brown sugar water, add a little water, and stir well. Don't add too much water at the beginning, add a little water in proper amount, find out the hardness and softness, and add more water if it's not enough. It's too thin to steam out.
Step 6: just stir until there are no granules. Pour it into a bowl and steam it. Remember not to pour too much. It can only be half of the container at most, because it will come out later. I divided into two ways, one with corn starch and the other without corn starch. All of them are made in a steamer and microwave oven
Step 7: the lump here is made by me in microwave oven. It looks a little dry and tastes soft. The whole one is steamed in a steamer. The color looks more attractive. Oh, by the way, I don't have corn starch here. It tastes good.
Step 8: it's steamed with corn starch. It doesn't seem to make a big difference. When it's just taken out of the pot, it's more fluffy. It collapses a little after a while. Is it because I just turned off the fire and brought it out? I'll do it next time, hee hee
Step 9: after cutting, you can see the inside clearly, without the ideal fluffy. We'll improve the method next time.
