Braised chicken with dried bamboo shoots
Introduction:
"I didn't catch up to go home to eat fresh bamboo shoots in spring, but now I have my mother's love dried bamboo shoots. Today, another rooster was sent by my classmates. There was no more suitable material. It was simply stewed, and the whole room was fragrant. To talk about today's sorghum wine, I once heard from a friend that making sorghum wine with garlic rice in Taiwan not only dispels cold and dampness after drinking wine, but also is good for health when cooking alone after soaking garlic rice for a period of time. I'm not a greedy person. I chose 53 degrees sorghum wine from Taiwan and put garlic and rice in it. Every time I cook, I use a little. The aroma becomes rich. "
Production steps:
Step 1: prepare the dried bamboo shoots and chicken. It's a big rooster. It's enough to use half of it today. Cut it into pieces.
Step 2: the excipients are very simple: ginger slices, garlic rice, dried pepper, and 53 degree sorghum wine made in Taiwan soaked with garlic rice.
Step 3: deal with dried bamboo shoots first. Add more water into the pressure cooker and keep it for later use. Shut off the fire 7 minutes after SAIC.
Step 4: add oil to the frying pan and heat it up. Stir the ginger and garlic in a small heat until they are slightly scorched. Put them out for standby. Heat the oil in the pan in a large heat.
Step 5: stir fry the chicken. Fried chicken will have a beautiful golden color.
Step 6: fry the chicken until it is unripe. Add the ginger, garlic and dried pepper, sprinkle with sorghum wine, add a little pepper and stir well.
Step 7: take out the pressed dried bamboo shoots and change them to the right length. Set aside the soup in the pressure cooker.
Step 8: add the dried bamboo shoots and the soup in the pressure cooker to the chicken pot, and add some chives. Simmer over medium low heat until the chicken is soft. You can add salt and chicken essence in the middle of the way to taste better.
