Production steps:
Step 1: choose the unripe and undamaged plum. Ripe plums are not suitable for making Merlot.

Step 3: the ratio of plum to brown sugar is 1:1. Don't worry about being too sweet. You should know that green plum is very sour. (laughter) 1:1 is definitely the golden ratio.
Step 4: a layer of yellow sugar, a layer of green plum, carefully spread.
Step 5: put more sugar in the bottle, cover the plum and seal it^^
Step 6: after that, we need to close the lid ~ seal ~ OK, next we have to wait for 3 months. Healthy fermented food is the art of waiting.
Step 7: This is a week later. The yellow sugar has melted, and the plum is wrinkled after oozing water. In addition, the bottle must be kept in a cool place.
