Homemade lotus paste
Introduction:
"For the lotus seed paste made by myself, the lotus seed is not removed from the lotus heart. In order to reduce the amount of sugar, a little maltose is added. If you give white granulated sugar, you can add it in the process of frying."

Step 1: soak lotus seeds in cold water.
Step 2: pour into the pot and add proper amount of water. (I didn't pick out the lotus seeds and cooked them together)
