Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: cut the purple potato into pieces and steam it.
Step 2: press into purple sweet potato paste while hot.
Step 3: add appropriate amount of glutinous rice flour and sugar.
Step 4: make a soft dough. (knead evenly without touching hands)
Step 5: knead into purple potato balls of uniform size. (rub more in your hand)
Step 6: roll the white sesame evenly.
Step 7: rub the white sesame seeds with your hands. It's not easy to drop the sesame seeds when frying.
Step 8: heat the oil for 50%, turn to medium and low heat, put in sweet potato balls and turn them frequently. (avoid external paste and endogenous)
Step 9: put it on the oil absorption paper and enjoy it.

White Sesame: right amount
Note: the sweet potato ball covered with white sesame is kneaded more by hand, and the sesame is not easy to drop when frying. Slow explosion with small fire, turn frequently to make it heated evenly.
