Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: put flour in a clean bowl, add a little salt and dough, and wake up for 30 minutes. (knead the dough several times in the middle)
Step 2: divide the dough into small pieces. (the wide face is bigger and the narrow face is smaller)
Step 3: apply oil on the separated preparation and cover it for 2 hours
Step 4: clean the rape and remove the root of soybean sprouts.
Step 5: after waking up, take out a dosage and roll it into ox tongue.
Step 6: press a seal in the middle with a rolling pad.
Step 7: lengthen the dough by rolling it into a tongue like shape in your hand, and beat the middle of the dough on the table until it is elongated. (for the first time, you can roll it with a rolling pin)
Step 8: bring the water to a boil, tear the dough from the mark and put it into the pot.
Step 9: cook for a while, add soybean sprouts, and then add rape.
Step 10: prepare a clean big bowl, add 1 teaspoon of salt, a little chicken essence, 1 teaspoon of vinegar, and half a teaspoon of soy sauce into the bowl.
Step 11: mince garlic and green onion.
Step 12: put the oil in the frying pan and heat the oil to 80%.
Step 13: put the noodles into a big bowl with sauce, put the onion and garlic on top, and put the chili noodles on top.
Step 14: pour hot oil on it and stir well.
