Sauteed Potato, Green Pepper and Eggplant

Production steps:
Step 1: raw material drawing.
Step 2: eggplant cut hob block, potato peeled hob block, green pepper cut block.
Step 3: 1.5 tbsp of soy sauce, 1 tbsp of cooking wine, half tbsp of vinegar, 1 tbsp of sugar, 2 tbsp of salt and starch, put them into a bowl to make juice.
Step 4: deep fry potatoes and eggplant in oil pan over high heat until golden brown and drain.
Step 5: put green pepper into oil pan, remove immediately, slice ginger and garlic.
Step 6: leave the bottom oil in the pan, add ginger slices and garlic slices and saute until fragrant.
Step 7: pour in the mixed juice and the same amount of water to boil.
Step 8: pour in the fried three delicacies, shake the pan and dip the sauce evenly.
Step 9: add sesame oil to improve the flavor.

Note: green pepper don't fry too long, just fry a little.
