Production steps:
Step 1: prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2: remove the root of the lily, break it into pieces, and wash it for use. If you use dried lily, soak it in warm water
Step 3: soak lotus seeds in warm water.
Step 4: soak Tremella in warm water, remove pedicle and tear small pieces.
Step 5: wash Lycium barbarum with cold water.
Step 6: add proper amount of cold water to tremella and lotus seeds, boil over high heat for about 30 minutes
Step 7: add the lily and cook for 8 minutes.
Step 8: add the right amount of rock sugar and medlar and cook for a while.

Rock sugar: 10g
Note: this soup is best stewed in porcelain pot or casserole. If not, you can also use stainless steel pot or non-toxic aluminum pot.
