Production steps:
Step 1: I don't like liqueur, so I don't use rum. The fresh strawberries are milled into flour.
Step 2: soak gelatine slices in ice water, pour in milk, heat over low heat until gelatine slices melt, set aside.
Step 3: beat the cheese with 50g sugar and warm water until smooth. Add yogurt and stir well. Add strawberry puree, mix well, then add 2, stir well to make strawberry cheese paste.
Step 4: whisk the cream with the remaining 25 grams of sugar until the lines appear.
Step 5: mix the cream and strawberry cheese paste evenly until all are well mixed.
Step 6: lay a round cake piece in the bottom of the cake mold, and place a circle of pastry around the cake mold wall.
