Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: prepare materials. (dried radish can also be bought from the supermarket)
Step 2: soak dried radish in water for 20 minutes.
Step 3: chop the pickled radish.
Step 4: put oil in the frying pan and fry the dried radish over low heat. Stir fry the dried radish to dry.

Note: 1 "preserved vegetables" is pickled dried radish. You can marinate the dried radish by yourself or buy it ready-made in the supermarket. The dried radish must be fried before frying the egg.
