Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: dice the tomato, cut the celery (don't remove the tender leaves), shell the fresh shrimp, remove the shrimp thread and sausages (because the shrimps are too big, I cut them into small pieces)

Step 10: pour in the remaining soup and stir fry for a while, then stir fry the shrimps;
Step 11: stir fry the fried sausage until the juice is collected;
Step 12: loosen the cooked red rice, pour in the shrimp sausage and mix well~~
