Production steps:

Step 4: the dough is rolled up from top to bottom. The dough at the end can be twisted with fingers, thin and easy to seal

Step 6: roll up a second time from top to bottom
Step 7: roll it into a roll, this time with the end down
Step 8: put three rolls side by side in the toast box (450g), wait for the second serve, 33 ℃, 1.5-2 hours
