Stewed pig's feet with kelp
Introduction:
"In other words, it's February 2 again. I like this day when I'm a child. There is a saying: on February 2, the dragon looks up. According to the old calendar, you can't have a haircut in the first month, but it's an auspicious day on the second day of February in the first month, so the haircut is arranged on this day, which is called shaving the head, which means a bit of good color. In my hometown, the activity on February 2 is not only about haircut, but also about eating pig's head and feet. So, I like this day, because pig's hoof is a big love ~ ~ this year's pig's hoof is cooked by my mother here. According to my mother's practice, it has been simmered for more than three hours, very soft, rotten and smooth ~ ~ materials: 1 pig's hoof, a handful of soybean, an appropriate amount of kelp, a piece of ginger, 1 star anise, pepper, cooking wine, soy sauce and salt. "
Production steps:
Step 1: wash the pig's hoof, cut it in half, put cold water into the pot and tighten it
Step 2: after tightening, take it out and cut it into several pieces
Step 3: put it back into the pot and blanch the bleeding foam
Step 4: take out the pig's hoof and wash it. Add water to the pot again. Add ginger, star anise, Chinese prickly ash, cooking wine and soy sauce to the pig's hoof. Bring to a boil over high heat and simmer over low heat. Add salt after about half an hour
Step 5: take out the kelp in bags, wash it for several times and soak it
Step 6: soak soybeans and set aside
