Note: 1. This ball looks simple and has a little technical content. It's easy to shape the ball with more flour, but it tastes hard, so you should put less flour and hold it by hand. Because there are eggs in it, it won't come loose in the oil pan. 2. You should master the salt well, because the shrimp itself is salty. 3. After mixing the stuffing well, you can fry it immediately. After a long time, the shredded radish will come out of the water. 4 Don't burn the oil too hot, otherwise the outside of the ball is burnt, and the inside is not well done.
