Stir fried powder with Turnip
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: 1 turnip
Step 2: cut the filament for standby
Step 3: cut the vermicelli.
Step 4: bring the water to a boil.
Step 5: add vermicelli and cook
Step 6: cook for about 3 minutes.
Step 7: saute the scallion in a wok.
Step 8: stir fry the onion.
Step 9: add kohlrabi
Step 10: stir fry in high heat
Step 11: soften the dish and add salt and soy sauce.
Step 12: cut the vermicelli into proper length.
Step 13: stir fry evenly.

Turnip: 500g
Oil: right amount
Soy sauce: moderate
Salt: right amount
Scallion: right amount
Note: my noodles are difficult to make. I cooked them in boiling water for a while and soaked them for another 15 minutes.
