Chrysanthemum pomegranate chicken
Introduction:
"Pomegranate chicken is a famous dish with Chaoshan flavor. Its appearance is similar to the pomegranate in blossom. The main ingredient is chicken, which is steamed, so it gets its name. The traditional method is to use chicken skin or chicken breast as skin to make fried chicken stuffing. Here, fried egg skin is used to make chicken stuffing
Production steps:
Step 1: prepare chicken legs, broccoli, winter bamboo shoots and horseshoe.
Step 2: prepare wet starch and Pleurotus ostreatus.
Step 3: wash celery.
Step 4: remove the celery tendon and blanch.
Step 5: knock four eggs into a bowl and pour in the wet starch.

Step 7: boneless chicken legs.

Step 23: put boiling water into the pot and steam for 3 minutes (the stuffing and egg skin are cooked products).
Step 24: put the steamed pomegranate chicken on the plate and decorate it with boiled broccoli.
Step 25: pour concentrated chicken juice or chicken soup and wet starch on pomegranate chicken.
