"Origin" is one of the traditional Cantonese snacks. It was first created in Taishan County, Guangdong Province, with a history of hundreds of years. According to Taishan county annals, which was written in xianfengjian (1851-1861 A.D.) of the Qing Dynasty, "bozai cake was used by scholars and bureaucrats of the Ming Dynasty every hundred miles. In fact, there was only one well-known family at that time. There was a stone at the bottom of the river beside the Huanfeng bridge, and there was a clear spring at the bottom of the river Therefore, the method of steaming cakes with Bozi has been passed down by later generations, which has made Bozi cakes popular all over the country, even at home and abroad.
