Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: first cut the taro into small strips
Step 2: next, add proper amount of water to flour and eggs
Step 3: adjust to this concentration
Step 4: heat the oil well, put the cut taro into the pot and fry it, then take it out
Step 5: Sprinkle proper amount of starch on it, then wrap it with egg batter and fry it in a pan until golden brown. Remove
Step 6: then pour some oil into the pot, add sugar over low heat, and stir fry constantly. The color is a little red
Step 7: be like this
Step 8: pour the fried taro into the pot, stir fry a few times quickly, and get out of the pot immediately
Step 9: sprinkle some sesame, and then you can taste the fragrant taro

Note: I use the most famous taro in Jiangyong, Yongzhou, Hunan. It's the first time I try to do it myself. I hope I can make a bigger breakthrough next time
