Production steps:
Step 1: dice pork.
Step 2: stir pork with soy sauce, cooking wine and white pepper, marinate for 15-30 minutes.
Step 3: cut lotus root, radish and cucumber into small pieces and slice green pepper and red pepper.
Step 4: cut shallot, celery, parsley, Vitex negundo, pickled red pepper, dried pepper, ginger and garlic.

Step 9: add the bean paste and a little water and stir fry for a while.
Step 10: add cucumber and green pepper and stir fry.
Step 11: turn down the heat, add celery and scallion and stir fry.
Step 12: turn off the heat, stir fry with salt, sprinkle with coriander.
