Steamed longevity fish
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: wipe the whole fish with salt
Step 2: 1 salty lemon for 8 years
Step 3: Chop with garlic
Step 4: put onion and ginger in the bowl, spread chopped salty lemon and garlic on the fish, and put ginger slices
Step 5: spread citronella
Step 6: cover with aniseed and heat in water for 8 minutes
