Sweet and sour lotus root slices
Introduction:
"If you eat too much sweet and sour spareribs, it's hard to avoid feeling greasy. Today, I want to change another way of eating them. I'd like to make sweet and sour lotus root slices with sweet and sour method. It tastes absolutely delicious."
Production steps:
Step 1: first of all, peel and wash the lotus root, cut it into slices, mix the soy sauce and set aside.
Step 2: mix 100g flour and 120g water, add salt and soy sauce to make batter.
Step 3: heat the lotus root slices with proper amount of oil in the pan. After the lotus root slices are covered with batter, fry them in the pan until golden.
Step 4: put the fried lotus root slices on the plate for standby. Leave some oil in the pan.
Step 5: add 4 tbsp ketchup, stir fry slightly, add 1 tbsp vinegar, 3 tbsp sugar, salt and soy sauce, then add about 50ml water, stir fry together until bubbling. (now you can adjust your favorite sour, salty and sweet according to your taste)
Step 6: add the fried lotus root slices into the sauce, stir well and turn off the heat.
Step 7: stir fry the finished product. Serve on a plate.

Note: Tips: 1: due to different tastes, when making sweet and sour sauce, it's best to try it while cooking until you are satisfied. We should keep up with the salty taste. 2: Cut lotus root slices as thin as possible.
