Production steps:
Step 1: soak gilding tablets in cold water to soften.
Step 2: peel pitaya and cut into pieces.
Step 3: puree pitaya with blender.
Step 4: add appropriate amount of purified water and sugar into pitaya puree, a total of 200g. If the Pitaya is sweet enough, no sugar can be added
Step 5: melt the softened gelatin slices in water and divide them into two parts.
Step 6: pour the yogurt into a portion of gilding liquid and stir well.
Step 7: pour the Pitaya juice into another portion of gilding liquid and stir well.
Step 8: pour the yoghurt or pitaya liquid into the bottle about one third of the height, and refrigerate until set.
Step 9: take out the pudding bottle, pour the liquid of another color into the bottle to two-thirds of the height, and put it in the refrigerator until it condenses.
Step 10: pour the liquid with different color from the second layer into the pudding bottle, refrigerate it in the refrigerator until it condenses, and then eat it.
