Hericium erinaceus and pig stomach soup
Introduction:
"This is a special prescription for treating chronic gastritis and other old stomach diseases. It is made once a half month for tonifying."
Production steps:
Step 1: soak Hericium erinaceus in warm water
Step 2: wash the front and back sides of pork tripe with clean water, then pour a little vinegar, add flour and knead it, you can wash it very clean
Step 3: wash the pork tripe and add water to boil for about 5 minutes to remove the fishy smell and oil. If you have a pressure cooker at home, pressing it for about 10 minutes can shorten the soup making time.
Step 4: squeeze dried Hericium erinaceus, tear it into small pieces, cut pork tripe into strips, put it into electric rice cooker, add lotus seeds, red dates and rock sugar
Step 5: add water to the rice cooker, add soy sauce and rice wine, and stir well. Because I don't have rice wine, I use cooking wine instead.
Step 6: press the soup button, then you can sit and wait. If you have a special casserole or soup pot stew at home is better! Anyway, I only have a smart rice cooker. It's just as fragrant when it comes out!
Step 7: after the pot is finished, a bowl of soup with sweet taste will be prepared
