Production steps:
Step 1: wash the persimmon.
Step 2: blanch the persimmon with boiling water, remove the skin, flour, and put the yeast soaked in warm water in a bowl. (no water)
Step 3: mix persimmon, flour, yeast into a soft dough and ferment for one hour, as shown in the picture.
Step 4: pull the dough into a paste.
Step 5: roll the dough into a small round cake with uniform thickness.
Step 6: pour the oil in the pan, heat it slightly, and fry the small round cake.
Step 7: in the process of frying, turn over two or three times and fry evenly on both sides.
Step 8: fry until golden and ripe.

Note: fire crystal persimmon need to prepare 8 to 10. If possible, persimmon dough can be wrapped into bean paste stuffing or five kernel stuffing, the effect is better.
