Braised Beef Brisket with radish
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: cut the beef brisket into pieces.
Step 2: boil water and add ginger.
Step 3: add the beef brisket after boiling, burn the bleeding water, and then rinse it with cold water.
Step 4: add oil to the pan.
Step 5: stir fry beef brisket with ginger slices and tangerine peel.
Step 6: stir fry with Zhuhou sauce, add water and fragrant leaves.
Step 7: turn to casserole stew.
Step 8: peel the radish and cut it into pieces.
Step 9: bring to a boil.
Step 10: after boiling, add white radish, turn down the heat and continue to simmer for one hour.
Step 11: add appropriate amount of salt to taste and turn off the fire.
