Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: prepare the ingredients; mix the shredded meat with marinade, cut the cooked bamboo shoots into slices, drain them in Sichuan hot water (to remove the sour taste), cut the sauerkraut into thin slices, slice the ginger and cut the scallion into oblique sections
Step 2: Fry scallion and ginger in hot pot
Step 3: stir fry the shredded pork until it's cooked
Step 4: stir fry with shredded bamboo shoots (stir fry with fresh bamboo shoots for a long time)
Step 5: add seasoning & bring to a boil with a little water
Step 6: peel (scatter) the rice cake and put it in the pot. Cover the pot and simmer for 2 minutes
Step 7: stir fry the sauerkraut thoroughly and drizzle with sesame oil before boiling.
Step 8: Tips ★ when using cooked shredded bamboo shoots, be sure to blanch them to remove the sour taste.
