Stewed pig tail with soybean
Introduction:
"Stewed pig's tail with soybean is a Hakka dish. Pig's tail is glutinous but not greasy. Soybean powder is fragrant and chewy... First, stir fry the soybeans to make skin coke, remove a little black spots, and then soak them in cold water for a while, so that the processed soybeans are easy to ripen and chew. "
