Steamed pork with Scallion
Introduction:
"Congbaorou is a common dish on the Northeast dinner table. It's different to make it tremble when the price is increased. This is what I learned from my mother. The whole family is full of praise, especially the children always say: I love congbaorou the most."
Production steps:
Step 1: prepare pork loin and scallion.
Step 2: scallion knife 45 degrees, cut into silk.
Step 3: slice pork tenderloin, add a spoonful of soy sauce and starch. Mix well and marinate for 10 minutes.
Step 4: shred ginger.
Step 5: heat the oil in a frying pan, add shredded ginger to fry until fragrant, and then add pepper.
